Job Summary:

The Director of Asset Management will be a program manager and subject matter expert as it relates to asset maintenance strategies, metrics, LCAM, CMMS, and predictive analytics. This role will ensure innovation, best practices, playbooks, and standards are implemented globally. The ideal candidate will create a Playbook for Asset Management for the account, understand KPIs per region, and drive optimal tracking and performance related to technical services. Additionally, the Director will develop and implement SOPs for entering, analyzing, and retrieving CMMS data, be the owner of CMMS to implement, improve, and support users globally, and create best practices related to maintenance strategies and facility operations. The Director will also develop or integrate assessment tools to evaluate performance and condition of assets, stay up-to-date on industry trends, and provide expertise for operations teams to understand data insights and analytics: identify trends, failures, and optimize schedules. Furthermore, the Director will create a Global LCAM report and track initiatives per region, ensure maintenance strategies for critical assets are aligned based on operational priorities and risk, and implement RCM principles. The Director will foster a culture of continuous improvement through learning, hosting events, and coaching staff. The ideal candidate will assemble a qualified on-account team and use available resources to triage situations as they arise, such as RCA for equipment failures. The Director will also be the foremost expert for Planning & Scheduling, ensuring all regions implement best-in-class work planning. The role requires a Bachelor degree minimum, Masters or P.E. preferred, with 10 years of progressive experience with facilities maintenance and/or reliability engineering, experience with Integrated Facilities Maintenance and working for clients, 5 years of experience managing, building, or maintaining a CMMS, and planning, scheduling, and work execution experience a plus. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HVAC, CUP, Chiller, Cooling Tower, and auxiliary equipment operation and maintenance. The position is remote, but expected to be in the client office 3 days a week, with travel: 25% - 50%.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement asset maintenance strategies and metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree minimum, Masters or P.E. preferred

Preferred Location:

U.S. based, remote, flexible with location. NYC, Chicago, San Francisco preferred.
