About the Job

We are currently seeking a skilled Chains Service Specialist to join our team at Duke Manufacturing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to our customers in the food service industry.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their technical needs, providing expert advice and guidance on the installation, operation, and maintenance of our chains equipment. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our customers' experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Channel Partners, End Users, and Field Technicians to resolve technical issues and provide customer service
  • Managing root cause and corrective action processes for Value Stream Technical issues
  • Supporting the Technical Call Center and advising value stream on customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for improvements
  • Providing technical support for the commercialization process and training ASA network on new products and programs

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $75,000 per year, based on your skills and experience.
