About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality end-user support to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide second-tier technical support for local end-users on various issues related to PC and peripherals, office applications, and mobile devices.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other service organizations to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
Key Tasks
  • Perform incident resolutions and request fulfillments, supporting end-users on various technical issues.
  • Follow up on end-user hardware requests and order handling, including coordinating delivery and collection.
  • Servicing end-users at the IT Service Spot.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, MS Office products (2013 and later), DELL laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Familiarity with network concepts and experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Experience with enterprise-level ticketing systems - ServiceNow experience is a plus.
Working Conditions
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and be a good team player.
  • Contribute to the identification and escalation of problems in supported services and solutions.
  • Participate in discussions on methods to improve team efficiency and delivery quality.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience. Omni Inclusive offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
