  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a 45% gross margin and 4.9-star rating across all review platforms.
  • Collaborate with installers to produce complete job material lists and take-offs, ensuring accurate estimates and efficient project execution.
  • Draw sheet metal take-offs for replacement HVAC systems, ensuring precise measurements and optimal system performance.
  • Order equipment and materials, ensuring AHRI-rated match-ups and timely delivery.
  • Monitor equipment, tools, and material inventory, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Facilitate daily truck stock replacements, ensuring installers have the necessary materials to complete jobs efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough start-up and commissioning of all residential equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Test and verify duct replacements for maximum airflow and comfort, guaranteeing a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure each job is operating at peak performance, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of job progress, including payments collected and job signs posted.
  • Perform daily truck inspections, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and equipped for efficient job execution.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to installers, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex HVAC installations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-job meetings to set expectations and ensure quality control, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
  • Manage labor and materials throughout the day, ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of air-side diagnostics, including static pressure.
  • Proficiency in residential HVAC load calculations.
  • Ability to design residential duct system replacements and modifications per NCI standards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and management skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Sense of humor and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Desire to grow the company and promote product education.

  • Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus.
