Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, appliances, drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, and other relevant skills.
  • EPA or CPO certification is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
