- Financial Management: Handle payments, deposits, and processing in a timely and accurate manner.
- Team Management: Manage a team of window cleaners, including performance reviews, discipline, and recognition.
- Recruitment and Training: Manage the recruitment, hiring, and training of new window cleaners.
- Safety Training: Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop a commercial customer base through direct cold-call sales efforts and follow-up phone calls.
- Performance Goals: Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals.
- Physical Requirements: Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 lbs, and working at heights.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous Management Experience: Preferred, but not required.
