- Process Execution: Ensure the execution of the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and Patients for Life (PFL) initiatives.
- Financial Acumen: Assist in driving year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols, as well as compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
- Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior course work or on-the-job training in the fields of dentistry, insurance, or business.
