Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our PSA Customer Relations team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll work cross-functionally and collaboratively with other departments to provide exceptional customer service. You'll exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with customers, resolving queries, and maintaining accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with customers
  • Collaborate with operations and other departments to find solutions for customer responses
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers using department protocols
  • Resolve queries by clarifying customer issues, determining causes, and selecting solutions
  • Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Continuously update department spreadsheets of incoming orders
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate lead or supervisor
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • At least 4 years of relevant customer relations experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable in Google Workspace systems
  • Knowledgeable in utilizing Salesforce preferred
