Job Title: Executive Director, US Marketing Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, US Marketing Lead to join our team at Summit Therapeutics Sub, Inc. This role will be responsible for shaping the innovation agenda for Ivonescimab, driving strategic planning and execution processes to accelerate new product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction for the initial launch and brand strategy, and future indications for Ivonescimab.
  • Develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive growth, leveraging digital marketing, brand management, and market research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and drive execution of strategic direction, define requirements for successful in-market commercial opportunities, and ensure launch excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial leaders, regulatory affairs, and senior leaders.
  • Develop and manage budgets, optimize marketing spend, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to inform new product development planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 12+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or life sciences industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market research.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

What We Offer:

Summit Therapeutics Sub, Inc. offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $230,000-$275,000 annually, bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable variable compensation. The successful candidate will also be eligible for health benefits, 401(k) with 6% employer match from day one, ESPP with up to a 15% discount up to the federal limit, flexible spending account among other benefits.
