Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team at K&G Fashion Superstore. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management with register opening and closing procedures, monitoring cash handling, and performing audits and end-of-shift drawer counts.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and needs, and incorporating suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales.
  • Assist with replenishing merchandise, store layout, recovery, and general housekeeping of the store.
  • Maintain awareness of all product knowledge information, POS instructions, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.

Requirements

  • Good communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing 0-50 pounds, climb ladders, walk, stand, kneel, and lift during the majority of work shift.
  • Use of hands and fingers to handle/feel objects or tools and reach with hand and arms.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous customer service/cashier experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or educational/experience equivalent.
