Responsibilities

  • Provide dietary support and client menu planning to ensure the nutritional needs of our clients are met.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked kitchen, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Consult with the Registered Dietitian to develop and implement effective nutrition programs.
  • Monitor client consumption of appropriate exchange patterns and enforce dietary program guidelines.
  • Lead nutrition education groups, providing engaging and informative sessions on healthy eating habits.
  • Implement specific dietary exchange patterns, utilizing knowledge of portion size and caloric recommendations.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of nutrition and dietary principles.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, working 3 days a week, Monday-Friday, with a flexible schedule.
