At Audit-Tel Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Help Desk Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Open and manage support tickets from clients
• Identify and assign tickets to the correct group
• Provide technical support for IT voice and data infrastructure, e-call systems, and wireless support

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Help Desk Support or IT Support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
