Job Description:

This Healthcare Support Specialist role requires a highly motivated individual to work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Responsibilities include obtaining and recording vital signs, assisting with technical duties, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to address patient needs.

  • Works under the direction of the Clinical Nurse to perform various tasks and activities.
  • Provides effective communication and interaction with patients, families, and staff.
  • Suggests strategies to enhance patient care delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or other related certification.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
