- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Company forklift license.

- Strong capability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- While performing the duties of this role, the employee may need to use ladders and work at heights requiring safety precautions. The employee will be expected to stand for extended periods while assembling road equipment, necessitating the use of hands for various tasks such as handling, feeling, and reaching. The role also requires stooping, kneeling, walking, talking, and hearing. Frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds or more with assistance may be necessary. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- This position will primarily work in an enclosed workshop environment but may involve travel to external locations, necessitating the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) based on the situation. This may include dust masks, safety glasses, hard hats, ear protection, high-visibility vests and/or pants, and/or steel-toed footwear. In some cases, client-specific PPE may also be required.
