We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Supervisor to join our team at DISH. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in enhancing the employee experience by elevating HR Operations to new standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Support for Moments that Matter: Handle employee interactions related to benefits, immigration, and accommodations with care, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate & Ensure Compliance: Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Lead with Passion: Guide, mentor, and energize a team of HR Operations Associates to deliver outstanding service and drive team success.
- Drive Excellence: Conduct one-on-one check-ins, monthly quality reviews, and performance evaluations to foster team growth and deliver outstanding service.
- Create a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Develop personalized growth plans and encourage innovation within your team to refine processes and leverage technology to enhance the HR journey for employees.
- Elevate the Employee Experience: Act as a subject matter expert for complex HR inquiries and cases to ensure that employees feel heard, respected, and well-supported throughout their HR interactions.
- Foster Seamless Communication: Organize and lead team meetings to keep everyone aligned and informed, and continuously refine HR processes to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related customer service role.
- Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience navigating HR systems and processes in a fast-paced environment, coupled with exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Reports to: Manager, HR Operations.
