Key Responsibilities- Loan Approval Package Production: Create and compile loan approval packages, including credit data elements and basic underwriting information.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues in the Portfolio Management team to ensure a seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Timely and Accurate Loan Booking: Collaborate with the Middle Office and Loan Closers to ensure timely and accurate loan booking.
- Basic Credit Projections: Conduct basic credit projections to support the loan approval process.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Financial Services Experience: 1 year of experience in financial services or 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business levels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce/CRM is preferred.
