Position Overview:
The Financial Planning Analyst will play a crucial role within a dedicated team focused on forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing financial outcomes related to Energy Transfer's revenue-generating operations. This role will also involve supporting financial reporting for joint ventures and preparing budget presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in the budgeting and forecasting processes for revenue activities.
2. Assist in the monthly reporting of results to commercial and operational leadership.
3. Maintain productive relationships with commercial, accounting, and operations teams.
4. Prepare budget and forecast documentation for joint venture partners.
5. Analyze the effects of market fluctuations on revenue streams.
6. Contribute to the Management Discussion and Analysis for 10Q and 10K filings.
7. Develop quarterly analysis reports for financial, commercial, and operational leadership in preparation for earnings calls.
8. Support the FP&A Manager and Vice President of Finance in addressing inquiries from external joint venture partners.
9. Collaborate with the Corporate FP&A group to prepare presentations for investors and rating agencies.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel modeling.
- Strong time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements:
- Specialist/Analyst level: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Specialist/Analyst level: 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Lead Specialist/Analyst level: 8+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Big 4 audit or consulting firms, particularly in the oil and gas sector, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Conditions:
The typical work environment is an office setting, with the possibility of occasional travel and visits to industrial sites. Employees may encounter various materials and conditions requiring appropriate safety measures.
