Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Debt Recovery Specialist fluent in Spanish to join our team. As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts and payment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact debtors to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans and settlements
  • Update account information and document all interactions
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
  • Provide excellent customer service to assist clients in resolving their debts
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Proven experience as a Debt Recovery Specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
  • Basic computer skills

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay between $17.00 and $23.00 per hour, along with a benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan, BC/BS medical, dental, vision, and more.
