Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic Legal department. This role will involve close collaboration with the Managing Directors of Contract Administration and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as document management, filing, processing purchase requisitions, and managing invoices.
  • Assist the Legal Operations Manager in coordinating activities related to the PHS Board and its Committees.
  • Handle legal documentation and correspondence with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Support the Managing Directors in their operational needs.
  • Organize and analyze information effectively.
  • Conduct data entry into relevant systems.
  • Address additional tasks as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Salary: $64,400.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in technology and data management, including calendar management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn contract management and procurement software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through abilities.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
