Job Title: Legal Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Office Support Specialist to join our team at Metasys Technologies, Inc. This role will provide administrative support to our legal clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate high-volume duplicating equipment, perform associated copying tasks, and ensure the accuracy and quality of printed materials.
  • Sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other documents, applying necessary postage and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Perform copier maintenance and repair, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Assist with binding, finishing, and other production tasks, ensuring high-quality output and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and in good working order.
  • Provide support for shipping and receiving, including packing, labeling, and tracking packages.
  • Perform filing duties, including purging and archiving old documents, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Assist with coordinating projects, including setting up meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal industry highly desired.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic electronics knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written technical information, including manuals and instructions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
