About the Role:

The Client Service Specialist I is responsible for processing a variety of customer account transactions with speed, accuracy, and confidentiality. This role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding banking experience by cultivating relationships and presenting suitable products and services.
  • Conducts cash handling tasks including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, and check cashing.
  • Balances cash drawer and transactions related to client services.
  • Acquires foundational knowledge of both new and existing products and services.
  • Engages with customers to assess their financial needs and recommends appropriate solutions.
  • Ensures the security of funds by maintaining the safekeeping of cash and accurate accounting.
  • Identifies and reports any fraudulent activities.
  • Understands and adheres to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Performs daily tasks to uphold the integrity of the branch, including balancing ATMs and processing night drops.
  • Supports branch referral objectives by identifying and directing basic banking products to the right business partners.
  • Delivers an exceptional customer experience.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned.
About You:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cash handling environment.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor consistently.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Works effectively as part of a team.
  • Capable of completing Client Service Specialist training programs.
  • Builds rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Possesses the ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.

We offer a competitive total rewards package that includes base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this position is $22.00, with the specific rate determined by various non-discriminatory factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, details of which will be discussed during the recruitment process.
