General Manager Job Description

Culligan of Minnetonka, MN is seeking a General Manager to lead our team by example, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else. If you are a seasoned leader in the water industry looking to elevate your career with a reputable company, this may be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the business, including operational functions and financial outcomes, while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Dealership Growth: Drive growth through net gain in units and service, key revenue, and total revenue.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and provide strategic overviews to executive management on the territory, personnel opportunities, growth prospects, and forecasting.
  • Community Engagement: Promote a positive Culligan image by staying connected within the community.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Improve customer satisfaction and retention through efficient route and service initiatives.
  • Fleet Management: Maintain a strong fleet focused on best practice, safety, and efficiency.
  • Employee Development: Create a successful work environment that promotes positive morale, productivity, and employee development.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of management experience, including 2+ years of direct operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing and creating business plans within a for-profit organization.
  • Strong track record of successful employee management/development.
  • Previous experience in labor relations/union negotiations.
  • Strong technological skills with the ability to utilize multiple finances and business-related software systems.
  • This is a local, in-office management role; must be willing to live in or relocate to Minnetonka or the surrounding area.

Pay Range: $130,000-$150,000 USD
