Job Description

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant II (Assistant Office Manager) to join our team. As an essential member of our office staff, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations and contribute to our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to inquiries and providing information on agency and division-specific training requirements
• Assisting with screening applicants and coordinating equipment and uniform assignments for new employees
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Providing customer service and responding to inquiries from the public

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in administrative support work
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to accurately handle cash and account for revenue collected
