The AAR Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to support the Customer Service team. As an integral member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review orders for accuracy and maintain customer status updates through various channels.
  • Handle customer complaints by escalating them to the correct CSR to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Process incoming and delivery orders, providing detailed information to customers and assisting with commercial invoices.
  • Monitor customer accounts, ensuring accurate due dates, exchange opportunities, and missed deadlines.
  • Run CQ Reports from the ERP system to analyze customer data.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and resolve customer issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:
