Client Service Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks, including scheduling client consultations, tracking projects, and qualifying experts.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule bulk telephone consultations for client service teams
- Manage multiple client organization requests and respond in a timely manner
- Coordinate with advisors and clients to confirm telephone consultations
- Leave messages and follow up with advisors to expedite scheduling projects
- Maintain an updated status of client telephone consultations
- Qualify advisors via questionnaire to confirm if they are appropriate for consultations
- Follow multiple work streams to help project managers organize client requests and track progress on projects
- Assist with ad-hoc requests
- 1-3 years of previous work experience in a high call volume environment
- Work authorization required
- Annual base salary of $50,000
- 15 PTO days, 10 legal holidays, and 5 sick days
