At Randstad USA, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record of sales success to leverage their expertise and drive business growth in the staffing industry.

As a Business Development Strategist, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating contracts to secure new clients. You'll also play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

We're looking for someone who is highly motivated, results-driven, and has a strong ability to connect with others. If you have a passion for sales, a knack for building relationships, and a drive to succeed, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach efforts
  • Bid on RFPs and negotiate contracts with potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market share through strategic business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in the staffing industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary and bonus plan, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
