Job Description: As a Clinical Software Developer Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable software solutions that cater to the healthcare industry. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, developing software solutions using various programming languages and frameworks, and ensuring high-quality code through adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Scalable Software Solutions: Utilize your expertise in programming languages and frameworks to design and develop software solutions that meet the complex needs of the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop software solutions that align with the company's objectives.
  • Ensure High-Quality Code: Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure that the developed software solutions are of high quality and meet the required standards.
  • Participate in Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to provide feedback and improve code quality.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to software solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Possess 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in programming languages.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
