Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. As an OR RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest level of safety and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in OR nursing
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least 2 years of experience as an OR nurse
