Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide individualized care.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the surgical team.
- Assist with surgical procedures, including preparing patients for surgery and maintaining aseptic technique.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous experience as an OR nurse.
