About the RoleAs an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for circulating cases in the OR, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills on behalf of patients, self, and peers. You will also develop these skills on a daily basis by providing quality care to each patient based on individual needs.
You will communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers, as well as document required information according to hospital policy. Our nursing staff is expected to present themselves in a professional manner, and as an OR RN, understanding principles of aseptic technique and requirements for scrubbing cases as it relates to unit scope of care is a key responsibility.
