Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Team Member to join our team at GUSTO HOLDINGS LLC. As a Service Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests with questions and suggestions while taking food orders and ensuring guests are satisfied.
  • Prepare orders, bag, wrap, label, date, and store food items while following GUSTO HOLDINGS LLC food preparation standards.
  • Ensure station cleanliness and sanitation, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Develop and maintain menu knowledge, and provide recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, and respond to their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes and standards.
  • Display a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Operate a point-of-sale system, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Occasionally drive catering orders, and be reimbursed for mileage.
  • Be comfortable standing for the entire shift, and occasionally lifting items no heavier than 53lbs.
Requirements
  • Food service experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Great communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy, with a desire for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation, and be at least 15 years old.
