Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair sewer and drain services
  • Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, and installation teams
  • Establish customer rapport to present the right products and services
  • Understand sales criteria and meet/exceed revenue goals
  • Keep company truck clean and inventory up to date
  • Properly complete paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Participate in training and development
  • Train and mentor apprentices
  • Have or be willing to obtain proper certifications
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience as a sewer, drain, and camera service technician
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, and lift for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work from ladders up to two stories in height
