A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education, is also desired. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work evenings and weekends.
