Responsibilities
  • Directs administrative and operational functions within the Office of Spiritual and Religious Life, overseeing the Center for Religion.
  • Provides supervision, evaluation, and coaching to university chaplains.
  • Delivers coaching and mentorship to students actively seeking spiritual connection.
  • Creatures and implements training and development opportunities.
  • Engages with outside leaders to meet student needs and partners with local congregations on shared events.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education, is also desired. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work evenings and weekends.
