Job Description

This position will design and implement technical services to ensure client and project management needs are met. The successful candidate will perform field and office tasks, as well as provide project management support for traditional assessment and remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement field programs and manage projects and associated field activities, including scheduling, coordination of tasks, budgeting, and subcontractor negotiation and management.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage Site/Remedial Investigation field activities and perform follow-up intermediate hydrogeologic and data interpretation.
  • Develop and finalize reports for Project Manager's review, documenting findings and project remediation recommendations.
  • Ensure individual task schedules, budgets, and client invoicing are monitored and reviewed in compliance with Company standards and client requirements.
  • Participate in the development of junior staff and work with senior management to continue to grow as a consultant and leader of the firm.
Physical Demands/Work Environment Conditions

This position works in the field and office environment. In the field, the candidate will work independently or lead a larger team at exterior project sites, performing sample collection, recording operational/meter parameters, and overseeing subcontractors. Field activities require the ability to drive to different project sites and physically move around outdoors in various terrains, in adverse weather conditions, and occasionally for extended or irregular hours.

Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000. This salary range is based on what Roux in good faith believes it might pay at the time of posting for this position and for this geographic location. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as relevant work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications, skill sets, and internal equity. In addition, this position is eligible for quarterly performance bonuses based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm.
