Guest Service Supervisor

Suburban Inns is seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and promoting our hotel's services and amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the training and development of Guest Service Representatives, ensuring they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including feedback and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of Guest Service Representative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to interpret and apply hotel policies and procedures, as well as brand standards.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel software and systems.
