As a FOH Manager at Suburban Inns, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service and operations. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective service recovery strategies to address guest concerns
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of job-related experience preferred
- ServSafe Food, CPR, and TIPS certifications required; may be completed upon hire
- Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
