Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and promote company products and services.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
