Our office comprises skilled consultants, marketing experts, and renovation professionals.

This position is based in a vibrant and culturally rich neighborhood, known for its artistic community and outdoor activities.

This is a full-time role with a 40-hour work week, featuring a rotating schedule that includes weekends. Typical working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. All travel will be limited to a short distance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential tenants regarding property inquiries.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective renters.
  • Maintain familiarity with our portfolio to provide insightful information to potential tenants.
  • Assess vacant units to recommend maintenance and aesthetic enhancements.
  • Handle communications from tenants via phone and email.
  • Oversee marketing channels and propose enhancements.
  • Foster positive and professional relationships with tenants.

Essential Skills

  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of clear and effective communication in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., scanner, fax machine).
  • Dependable, patient, and professional.
  • Prior experience in real estate is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Availability on weekends is necessary.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Background check is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting hourly wage of $20.00.
  • Signing bonus of $1000 after six months of employment.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Gas allowance provided.
  • 6% bonus on total salary after one year of perfect attendance.
  • End-of-season rental bonus.
  • Health insurance available after 90 days of employment.
