Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team at Post Road Management LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, scheduling showings and guiding them through the leasing process.
- Manage office tasks, including records management, rent collection, and managing delinquent accounts.
- Create and post engaging rental ads, and manage online listings to attract qualified applicants.
- Prepare court documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with local housing regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, responding to their needs with care and efficiency.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

- Valid driver's license, clean criminal background check, and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
