Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our sales network. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals. Your primary focus will be on creating and submitting sales reports, evaluating customer needs, and negotiating successful agreements. The ideal candidate possesses excellent negotiation and customer service skills, with a strong desire to close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop rapport and build lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your designated territory.
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets through the implementation of effective sales strategies.
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in a CRM program.
  • Utilize best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in outside sales is necessary.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • A positive attitude and persistence are crucial.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer paid time off and career growth opportunities.
