**Sales and Merchandising Representative:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call on accounts and cover daily routes by creating an established and efficient routing pattern.
- Analyze entire account base by visiting each account and identifying opportunities; complete all necessary surveys and ensure national account compliance where applicable.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to customers by balancing the company's priorities and customers' needs to include new products, well and back bar placements, and drink and wine lists.
- Maintain product levels in accounts by taking inventory and restocking shelves (where legally permissible).
- Educate account staff on priority brands by administering educational staff training seminars.
- Manage customer account receivables by timely processing of credits and returns and communicating with accounts on aged receivables.
- Service accounts by delivering products to customers in extenuating circumstances, handling customer issues and complaints, and referring these issues to management as appropriate.
- Achieve sales and merchandising objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
- Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion, as well as customer service skills.
Compensation: $55,000 + Commission & Incentives, Mileage Reimbursement at 67 cents per Business Miles driven, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, gym membership, annual PTO accrual, flexible spending accounts, and life insurance.
