Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staffing office personnel and coordinate the daily use of supplement staff.
- Assist in the formulation of a nurse float pool and monitor agency usage.
- Advocate for patient safety and adherence to incident reporting standards.
- Collaborate with unit leadership and charge nurses to evaluate current and potential staffing concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years hospital-based nursing experience.
- 3+ years nursing leadership experience in a hospital setting.
- Current Registered Nurse License for the District of Columbia.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
