Position Summary:

We are seeking a Corporate Change Management Leader to become a vital part of our expanding team. In this position, you will drive value creation from ongoing initiatives through strategic problem-solving, eliminating obstacles, and establishing facilitators while identifying additional initiatives to close the value gap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerating Initiatives:
    • Assess discrepancies between current transformation projects and budget or long-term objectives.
    • Identify significant barriers to initiatives, uncover root causes, and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Facilitating Cross-Departmental Initiatives:
    • Collaborate with initiative leaders to comprehend success determinants and essential facilitators.
    • Recognize and implement organization-wide enablers across initiatives (e.g., change management, analytics).
  • Identifying Incremental Initiatives:
    • Spot additional opportunities beyond existing initiatives to achieve and exceed annual goals.
    • Confirm, quantify, and outline implementation strategies before transferring execution to an initiative leader.
  • Strategic Program Review:
    • Conduct risk assessments of the overall value creation strategy.
    • Proactively seek ways to enhance the current transformation program and mitigate associated risks.
  • Executive Communication:
    • Compile detailed reports in collaboration with the Transformation team and prepare presentations summarizing the status of transformation initiatives, including key milestones, successes, and challenges.
    • Deliver findings to senior management and stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in a prestigious strategy consulting firm.
    • 8+ years of relevant experience with a demonstrated career trajectory.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Ability to navigate complex problem environments and identify relevant issues and solutions through a structured approach.
    • Strong quantitative skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Executive Presence:
    • Ability to clearly convey insights both verbally and in writing.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Proven track record in leading complex programmatic changes, managing multiple transformational programs simultaneously, and delivering high-quality results.
  • Results-Oriented with Relationship Building:
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Academic Background:
    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
