CPP Boston is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Braintree, MA. This critical member of the team will work closely with the Maintenance and Operations groups to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment
- Ensure safety-related work orders are prioritized to protect CPP team members
- Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance, as well as emergency repairs
- Work on fabrication projects using a lathe, mill, and welding equipment
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Maintenance role in an industrial manufacturing environment
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience with PLCs and VFDs, particularly Allen Bradley Communication Protocols
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
