Maintenance Technician

Burlington Capital Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Blair, Nebraska.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, repairs, and customer service, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing interior and exterior repairs to maintain apartments, common areas, and buildings.
- Cleaning common areas and units during turn process.
- Regularly communicating with supervisor regarding service requests and make-ready units.
- Inspecting work performed by outside contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and County Health and Safety Codes, Laws, and Standards.
Requirements include:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in maintenance or equivalent field.
- Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building trades.
