Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the daily operations of the accounts receivable department, including billing, collections, and customer account oversight.
  2. Conduct 3-way matching to verify the accuracy of invoices and purchase orders.
  3. Prepare and deliver regular reports on accounts receivable performance to management.
  4. Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and standards.
  5. Reconcile accounts receivable records to confirm all payments are accounted for and accurately recorded.
  6. Develop and implement secure and efficient processes for managing all aspects of accounts receivable.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or issues related to billing and payments.
  8. Train and mentor accounts receivable personnel to ensure proficiency in their roles.
  9. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to promote customer satisfaction and timely payments.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  3. Demonstrated experience with 3-Way Match, Reconciliation, Invoicing, and General Ledger.
  4. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  10. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
  11. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
