Warranty Claims Specialist

This role is responsible for processing warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and cost-effective processing of claims. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Research and review warranty claims to ensure all required documentation is received and processed accurately.
- Communicate with dealers to resolve claims issues and provide updates on claim status.
- Make vendor chargeback decisions during claim processing.
- Assist in training dealers on policies and processes.
- Knowledge of Jayco products and processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Work EnvironmentThis role requires sitting, standing, and working in front of a computer monitor in an office setting approximately 95% of the day. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, or crouch; use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds.
This is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours and days worked (including Saturdays, as needed).
