Job Summary:

Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team at Napleton Missouri. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with factory and distributor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warranty Claim Management: Prepare, submit, and follow up on warranty claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize delays.
  • Paperwork Processing: Process all warranty paperwork, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with factory and distributor requirements.
  • Recall Management: Stay up-to-date on all factory recalls and announcements, and ensure prompt action is taken to address any issues.
  • Part Procurement: Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, and resubmit rejected claims promptly.
  • Extended Warranty Claims: Assist with extended warranty claims and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Warranty Scheduling: Maintain a current warranty schedule for factory and extended warranties, and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Receivables Reconciliation: Reconcile all warranty receivables and work with the accounting department to obtain payments.
  • Service and Customer Records: Maintain all service and customer records as required by the manufacturer, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous automotive warranty administrative experience preferred, with CDK experience highly desirable.
  • Skills: Must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational ability, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
