  • Managing documentation related to products and specifications, including drawings and BOMs.
  • Coordinating with production and tool room staff to ensure product delivery meets customer expectations within budgetary constraints.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Participating in material review board discussions.
  • Completing additional tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in engineering (Bachelor's degree preferred) or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and understanding geometric tolerances.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication abilities (written, verbal, and presentation) across various organizational levels.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project engineering within a stamping, fabrication, or high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Competence in engineering CAD software.
