Job Summary:

The Senior Maintenance Reliability Engineer will be responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of reliability systems and processes within our manufacturing site. This includes developing and managing reliability programs, coordinating with maintenance and operational teams, and providing technical expertise to ensure maximum availability of key assets and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment availability and reduce maintenance costs
  • Lead the implementation of predictive maintenance technologies, including vibration analysis, infrared thermography, and oil analysis
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operational teams to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules
  • Provide technical expertise and support to maintenance and operational teams to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain asset strategies, including time-based and condition-based maintenance
  • Identify and mitigate reliability risks that could impact plant operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Reliability, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong technical expertise in precision maintenance techniques and predictive maintenance technologies
  • Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
